By placing an order through endeavourbeer.com, you accept these terms and conditions.

 

Shipping

Delivery is available to all major metropolitan and regional areas in NSW.
We use Motus Transport to deliver all of our merchandise and beer within NSW.

Once your order has been placed online, we will aim to process your order and have it on its way within 2 business days.

The shipping times we provide are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to these late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

 

Postage & Handling

On checkout, delivery charges will be automatically calculated based on your location. If you are located in an area that we do not deliver to, you will be notified during checkout.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a physical address that will be occupied during business hours. 

All delivery charges are estimated based on weight and destination.
Orders placed before 5pm on each working day, will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Orders will be delivered according to Motus Transport delivery routes and generally within 2-5 business days.

Orders placed on the weekends will be handled along with all orders placed up until Monday, 5pm.

Motus Transport is a third party and we have no control over and make no warranty in relation to the performance of Motus Transport or any other company which we may use to deliver our goods. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order.

 

Identification 

Endeavour Brewing Co. supports responsible drinking.  On delivery of your order, a valid ID proving you are over the age of 18 may be required.  

 

Change of Address

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however, Endeavour Brewing Co. cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses and will not replace orders not delivered as a result of you entering an incorrect address. 

 

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and all credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

 

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. A contract for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been approved, your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department.

We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

 

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

 

Warranties

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate.  Where we become aware of any mis-description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

 

Refunds & Returns

Returns must be in as new condition unless faulty. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in its original condition and the refund is made within 21 days from date of purchase.

Refunds will not be made outside these time frames for your change of mind.

Damaged Products

If the product ordered is damaged or there is a fault, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence will be required to support any claim.

Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 14 business days.

 

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Endeavour Brewing Co. reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
