OUR BEERS
Our brewing philosophy is simple - let the ingredients speak for themselves each year in producing beers that are
balanced, elegant and approachable.
This is borne from our background in wine, where the most exciting wines are slightly different year to year due to the growing seasons. We don't use hops like some of the chardonnay winemakers used oak in the 1990's. We don't let malt or alcohol get out of control like an early-2000 shiraz.
We produce beers that you can have more than one of!
Hence, we have contracted brewers with over 30 years experience to work closely with us, our growers, malting houses and hop agents to ensure we use the best harvest dated malt and hops from the stated year so, unlike the big brewers, we won't deliver exactly the same taste every year (but still in line with our house styles).
